Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to POSTMALONES! We prioritize your satisfaction and are committed to providing exceptional service. Below is our Return and Refund Policy, designed to ensure a seamless shopping experience:

Order Cancellations and Modifications

We understand that situations can change. Orders can be canceled before shipment. To modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the packaging or shipping process has begun, cancellations cannot be processed.
Please note: A cancellation fee of 6.9% + $1 applies to cover payment gateway, warehouse, and platform charges.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  1. Non-receipt of the product within the guaranteed time frame (45 business days, excluding processing time).
  2. Receipt of incorrect or damaged items.
    To initiate a refund or exchange, please provide the relevant information, including unpacking pictures, videos of defective products, your order number, and name. We will process your request within 24 hours on business days.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or error, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Submit a return request along with your order information to service@postmalones.us.
  2. Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary depending on the chosen carrier.
  4. Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered under the following circumstances:

  1. Undelivered items due to shipping carrier error will be replaced at no additional cost.
  2. Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error will require the customer to bear the cost of replacement items.

Refusal of Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. All pre-order and custom-made items are final sale, unless defective.
  2. Transit orders cannot be canceled.
  3. Incorrect customer information resulting in unsuccessful delivery.
  4. Customs holds or unforeseen shipping delays.
  5. Orders that exceed the return period.
  6. Returns made without prior notification.

Delivery Failure

In the event of a delivery failure, we will contact you promptly via email. Failure to respond or provide accurate contact information may result in the loss of your order, for which we cannot be held liable.
